Allow 1-4 weeks for orders to process and ship. If the item is in stock it will ship same day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may take up to 4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped out. We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. We are not held responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact us if you have any issues.

Please note that all sales are final. Please carefully review your order and read all product descriptions before confirming your purchase. We only accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.

Refunds and exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange , you must email us within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

If you choose to file a chargeback claim or dispute you understand that legal action will be taken and your banking institution will be notified of your fraudulent activity with detailed information.
